For a long time the locktab (item 132 below) for reverse gear shaft locking screw has been "Not Available". Suggestions range from using a 1/4-inch internal tooth lock washer to thread lock adhesive.

Now we have a solution. Grab a 2-hole locktab for the engine timing chain tensioner, and cut it in half to make two functional locktabs for the reverse shaft bolt.
